    • Hi all,

      I have an issue with this deleted.

      I can see the site using my computer but when I try to do the same with my smartphone I have a blank page with the error message : "Web page not available".

      In my template, on 'mobile' tab, I have assigned the position content-bottom-a which it use by of my modules.

      Can someone help with this issue? It seems that it is not possible for an unknown reason to publish mobile on the mobile positions.

      Below is exactly the issue :

      A soon as I try to assign a module to this page the website on mobile become unavailable.

      The exact message received is:
      Web page not available

      The Web page at mysite.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
      But, as soon as I unpublished the module the webpage re-become available but the problem is that I use only modules on my home page also presently the mobile version of the website is just a blank page (with the mainmenu module).

    • Hello, a month now that I have posted this thread : that was the same speed when I had several bugs while my bug was not expired yet.

      At least, the support team could explain if their gantry template support mobile device or not.

    • Our templates work on mobiles for sure just check our demos.
      But I have no clue why your site does not work.
      Maybe a modification or a 3rd party extension.

      I have install the original template used using rocketlaucher and have compared this last with the live site : maybe an incompatibility with a third party extension.

      Also, do you have a list of third that are incompatible with rocketheme?

      In fact in the rocketlauncher version you only use rocketheme extension (and html module) : also one cannot say that the issues come from third parties extension but maybe it is rocketheme mobile version (especially gantry...) which has incompatibility with other joomla extensions.
