I am a affiliate partner of Booking.com and would like to insert their search box into a module on my site.
Has anyone at rocket theme done this or knows how to do it.

They don't provide embed code for the form?
If they give you that, you can paste it into a Custom HTML module (like you would html). This may require some custom settings on your editor. For instance JCE you have to edit the profile to allow Javascript.
The other way of handling this is with an iFrame, but that's kind of janky by comparison. - Show Support for These Requests...
