I had my joomla site... at
www.intelera.com
then i imported to
www.opseu520.org
... it works fine for the first page... but all the links still come off the
www.inteltera.com
site.

Maybe you need to change something in configuration.php to :
$mosConfig_live_site = ' www.opseu520.org ';
