      - My Joomla version number is 3.0.3
      - My RocketLauncher version number is: ximenia_responsive 1.3
      - My Gantry version number is v4.1.6

      My issue is:

      Please view the image below. I am getting a drop down menu in the top middle section of the webpage in Internet Explore. If some one can please take a look. I am wondering how to remove it.
