I had some problems with the site that I created with a Fresco template.
So here are the problems:
1. I have a menu item called "STROKOVNA JASVNOST" -> this menu item is linked to a login/registration form
2. I have a submenu of STROKOVNA JAVNOST called "VSTOPITE" - this is only for registered users
3. I have a module in the menu GLAVKOMSKA ŠOLA called ZA LAŽJE REŠEVANJE - this is also only for the registered.
So today the site started to work wrong. The above mentioned menus are visible to everybody - even when I am logged out. Since the beginning I had a problem with the template - the registered user group did not work properly - so I had to put all the above menus and modules to SPECIAL user group - after that they were hidden from unregistered users. But now this is not working any more...
Where is the problem....?
Basically I think that the user groups are not working right... I do not know how to tell...
It would be great if IGOR MIHALJKO could help me, he is from Zagreb and I am from Slovenia - so he can understand the back-end language of my joomla...
No, I am from Ljubljana... But i thought that it would be easier with you... the problem is still there... do you know what I mean - what the problem is?
It looks like the values for the users are not working... some module is visible only for registered users - but not anymore - the module is always shown...
I am sorry but you really can't expect full time support and commitment to only your problem. If you need really urgent solution to your problem, then I would recommend you to use Premier support option that we use. Otherwise, please allow 24-48 hours for a reply
Did you try to disable menu caching in the template configuration as I suggested?
OK. If you have ACL issues maybe you should really try to find the answer on official Joomla forum and not here. This "issue" or wrong configuration is really not related to any of our templates or extensions
