I'm not 100% sure if this is a template issue, however I tried default joomla templates and the header appears fine.

    • Hello Mark,

I see that you do not have a valid membership so we are unable to support you as this would be unfair to all our paying members.

      Thanks for understanding.

    • Hello Mark,

Appears that your last message never made it to the forum or perhaps you deleted it?
      Topic: rt_modulus 2.5 problem

What do you mean I don't have a valid membership?
RocketTheme is template club whereby a subscription is required to use our templates and gain access to template specific forums.

You may have had a membership in the past hence having the Modulus template. It could also be that you have never had membership and obtained the template elsewhere. Unfortunately some people have discovered that templates from Warez sites have been 'tampered' with and include some very nasty injections.

If you do have a valid membership then please let me know the details and we will get your status corrected.

      Hope this helps 8)

    • Thanks

I did delete my post, as I looked into my subscriptions and noticed it had expired

I do however take offence at you suggesting I may be using the template illegally.

No offence was meant as I did state you may have expired membership as my first point. 8)

And, as I do with other posters without active membership who request assistance, I also highlight that if they have used a template from elsewhere then they may have a concern they haven't considered.

The bright side is that these 2 posts are the only ones we have from you. During your membership you never needed to post so we must be getting things right. :cheesy:
