Videos on Responsive templates

    • I will be setting up a new website based on the new template offered in March.
The website will have numerous videos and I am concerned about which format to use to be able to view them on the Windows, Android, or Safari browsers.
If a single format can be used I will have no problem, but if multiple formats are required it raises a question as to how RocketTheme recommends handling the situation:
      A. Does the template automatically detect the browser and select the correct format and player?
      B. If I have to write php script, are there global template values I can use to detect to browser?

    • I have found that if you upload the videos to YouTube and then use the YouTube embedding script, the videos will work better across platforms. Basically, letting YouTube do all the heavy lifting. :D

    • I am skeptical that vidoes uploaded to utube may expire eventually. This could present a serious problem.
