    sidebar submenu problem

Posted 12 years 1 month ago
    • Hi,

This website was built in two years ago and everything was setup right.

Now the submenu in the sidebar looks like the main menu. Can somebody tell me what's wrong?

I've attached the screenshot with the module setup. Here is the URL:http://www.swisscheesechildcare.com/

      Thank you,

      Youming

    • Hi,

From what i see on the frontend of your website is the module displays the menu with 'fusion' style and the menu class is 'menutop' (same as website main menu). The menu class is configured in the 'Advanced options' of the module.

Could you check & maybe give us the information set in the 'Advanced options' of the module ?

Have you check your website cache ?

    • Hi,

are the 2 menus supposed to be displayed like this :
This image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.

If so, could you try to add any value (e.g. 'mymenu') in the 'menu class suffix' advanced option ?

Have you cleaned your website cache ? especially the mod_roknavmenumodule cache...

    • No, It's not display like that. I've attached the screenshot which display the submenu before (see attachment above-the beginning post).

I used different browser to check the website and the problem is same.

I updated the 1.7 yesterday, I also updated the Gantry too. Maybe the Gantry is not fit for the 1.7 template.

I want to update the template from 1.7 to 2.5 or newer, but I don't know how to do it.
