Error message

Guys,
I need help, I am getting an error message when I try to open the zip file and move it to a place I can Install it from. When I try to move it i get You do not have premission error message.
I don't understand what is going on, i have installed many templates.
Please help Soon,,,,, I have a deadline i am trying to make....lol

The latest winrar will run fine on vista, just needs to be run as admin! There are vista skins available for it too!
but you could try using vista's zip no?
Make a copy of the zip file somewhere, unzip package, delete zip file, select all files and rezip?
I dont have vista, so not sure if it can zip stuff up or not, either way, winzip or winrar will do it. Whatever happens with the downloaded tar.gz file I had this problem (in XP) and thats how i got around it.
