Hi there,
I used a RocketTheme template for my Joomla website, but have heavily customized it to the point where it no longer has much resemblance of original RocketTheme template that I used.
If somebody were to steal my template files, e.g. the CSS files, including my customizations, would I have the right to take legal action against this person for stealing my customizations, or would my legal rights be affected because the template I used was from a template provider, in this case RocketTheme?

- I am not a lawyer but in my opinion your legal rights would be affected because the template you used to customize was built by someone else and that someone else already holds the right. In case you used just a Gantry framework and built your template from the beginning using the framework then you would have proper rights on the files you produced
