The most annoying joomla issue

This is what annoys me much and often;
- adding a module assignment to a menu item, and the module do not shows up.
Issue related to a soup of cache, template (gantry) cache, Chrome cache, and in generall extreamly annoyng.

one of the annoying Gantry issue is when you set the mainbody positions to 2 to have a sidebar-a at right, nad u save, claen the cache and close. nothing happen, and you open the template admin again, just to se that you have to "try" again...
(I feel an urge to use bad language)
