Yslow - Do Is this rating so bad?

Just done a yslow test on a site
www.codelogic-aidc.co.uk/
And the rating from yslow came back as B (81). Im no expert in this and so my first question is is this rating really bad?
Next, the yslow report suggests things that shoulc be improved. CDN (Content Delivery Networks)
There are 20 static components without a far-future expiration date. (whats that all about?)
and more
How am I best going about fixing these things (from a novice point of view) ?

I am really sorry but there is no simple way of "fixing" those things and if you don't know or understand those results and suggestions, you should really find someone who will do that for you
