SOLVED Best Text Editor Options

I have one article on our site where a secretary copies and pastes prayers from word to the website. Right now we have a pretty decent text editor that allows her to format text, change color, bold fonts, etc.
Question is, with someone who has absolutely no HTML or technical knowledge, What is the best way for her to edit the article text in the supplied text editor. Can she copy and paste the MS Word text into the text editor and be fine? Any and all tips would be helpful.

Joomla editor is configured for the whole site and not "per article" basis

Looks like they took that feature off. IT's now just a copy paste and JCE "detects" the word formatting which it doesn't do a very good job of. Here's an example of what I'm trying to replicate on the new site from our old site. The secreatary updates the individual prayers on the doucment that pops up in the shadowbox.

- You could also try the JCK editor from www.joomlackeditor.com/ . I know it has a paste from Word option but don't know how good it is.
