    Contact form problem

    • Hi all, I have a problem in a contact form of my site.
      This form write "the mail has been send" but didn't send it really.

      This problem is the same in the "newsletter".
      How can I solving this problem?
      My site is online and I have hard necessity to solved it.

      Is this the default Joomla Contact Form or a 3rd party extension?

      What template? What makes you think it is a template related problem?

      Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

      Can you please post a link to the problem and we will do our best to assist you.

      sorry, you're right ;)

      The template is Panacea J2.5.
      I had contact my host's service and he told me that the mail service is ok.

      In fact the mail function is ok but the Panacea's contact doesn't works right.
      And the newsletter Exension (Acy Mailing) has got the same problem.

      Sorry for delay but I have been busy with other projects.

      I can see nothing wrong. I tried an email from the front of the site and I got a copy sent to me...
