  • Graffito WP Theme Problems!

    • Okay. I have made sure PHP 5.3 is installed. After which I delete the WP installation and installed a fresh copy. The RokSprocket Admin appeared in the backend (previously it was not there). But now, on the frontpage the Mosaic configuration is not showing up!

      *When I create any type of RokSprocket and assign it to the the FEATURE position. It will not show. But, all other widgets will show in the FEATURE position.

      *When I assign a RokSprocket Mosaic layout to other positions, it will not show. But I can change it (in the same position) to Tabs or List and it will display.

      *Seems as if there is a problem with RokSpocket Mosaic layout AND RokSprocket working at all in the FEATURES position.!!!

      can you please add the Mosaic widget to the Features position so we can see the issue?

    • That is the problem! When I add the widget it does not show! For example, right now the mosaic IS assigned to the feature position, as well as a text widget, but as you see, the text widget is there but not the mosaic!

    • Hi,
      can you please check the layout options for the Features position? It seems that the Featured position is only occupying 2 grid blocks (please see the attached screenshot). Also please check your overrides for the Features layout option, the option could be overrided somewhere.

    • Where would it be overridden? In the gantry setting, the position is set for Position Count: 6, Force Positions: Off, Positions Equally Divided 3|3|3|3.

    • And what about the fact that the mosaic layout WILL NOT show no matter what position I assign it to. Even now in the CONTENT BOTTOM position, there is a RokSprocket Mosaic assign, but it does not show. If I change the layout to Tabs...it will appear!
