Wuen I tryed to enter to template configuration i received the follow message
Error 500 Cannot use a stream transport when "allow_url_fopen" is disabled.
Return Control Panel
i have joomla 3.0.0 and gantry_joomla_framework-4.1.10
how i need to do to change the template atributtes

I talked with the server supplier and they said that by security is impossible active this funcion
i installet the 2.5.10 joomla ver. and with this the sismtem show me the same error but letme how ever modified tha template parameter but i would like to use the version new 3.1.1 and with ths dont let me modified the paramether only showm me the error and dont let me do more, what do you recomend me?
