Diametric Wordpress - Logo/Menu Help

I am just getting around to using a a template I purchased some time ago and I having having a killer time with making my updates. For the last 3 days I have been looking, reading and trying different options but I am so lost.
I have my site ( http://itaintjustdirt.com/CCEA/ ) set ti the preset option 3 but the center logo is still pulling from preset 1. I have removed all of the logo.png from the wp-content/themes/rt_diametric_wp/images/logo folders and only kept my logo in the preset option folder 3. I have used the settings in the Diametric Theme Settings area and find that this does not work....
Help me please I am so lost.
I have tried to delete the logo, but then i can not for the life of me figure out how to put it back.
Below are some screen shots that I hope help.
Can some one tell me either what I am doing wrong and or how do you add the logo to the menu.
I really hope to hear from someone today.

Ok something must of changed as now its working.
Can someone still help me with how do you add the logo to the menu?
