My site is down... Joomla Reaction Template

My site went down yesterday.
Talked with Host Gator for assistant and they said the error was possibly due to rt_reaction_j15 template. They changed the template back to default and the site is unique.
I'm not a Joomla guy at all . The site has not been updated in quite some time and I'm nervous about doing anything. Right now I have posted a maintenance page on the site.
Any thoughts on what I can do to fix or someone who can fix it?

- It's impossible to answer without having full access to Joomla, FTP and such.
- Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
