- I just got this for the replicant theme. I am wondering what, if anything on it is a Copyright if anything that I cannot delete or manipulate.

You can pretty much change whatever you like, including the footer link/logo/text that comes as standard with RT templates.
What you cannot do is claim design of the template, so for example I cannot add "Designed by toolbox" on the bottom of one of my sites using an RT template - I usually add "Developed by" instead.
