How To Add Extra Icon To Navigation Menu

- On the Crystalline theme how do I add my custom icons on to the navigation menu? I am not referring to the top menu rather the one under slider. How do I up load them then add them to the selection menu for adding icons. Thank you in advance for your help.

Please note that in templates newer than Lumiere the "Fusion Menu Options" tab is called "Dropdown Menu Options" instead of "Fusion Menu Options"
