Well I was playing a little with one of the templates, and thought I would start out with a tutorial, that might help some to get started altering the templates to suit their needs.
I have seen a lot of "how can I" questions, perhaps I can help a few.
Apparently this stuff takes ages to make, so this is just part 1 of the tutorial. I hope to have a second ready soon.
Feel free to add comments, errors and other usefull info, so I can update it and make it better. And as stated in the tutorial, this is how I do stuff, so don't laugh

Excellent job, Thomas... picked up a couple of useful tips from the tutorial. And the Firefox extension you listed is way better than the Edit CSS tool I used, so that was a nice bonus as well.

Thanks for the replies guys. I was a little worried if it was understandable at all, but it seems that it is.
Oh well that might change when someone who doesn't know anything tries it
Well I will continue with part two now, it's a quiet morning so I got some time.

You're welcome Yves..
Damn the sun was shining, so I brought that into the template instead of the black menu bar. So if the colors does not match the tutorial, it's because I am already experimenting with the tutorial myself - you're allowed to do the same.
I have not changed any steps or procedures, just changed colours.
