MooRokMenu and top-level navigation

I am using the MooRokMenu in RocketTheme's VersatilityIII template. I want the top-level item in each drop down menu to link to a page that has a list of each of the 2nd-level items in the drop down. In addition, I'd like to have the 3rd-level items show up on the same page under their respective 2nd-level items. I can't imagine that this can't be done, but I cannot figure out how. All of the content within the dropdown is dynamic content.
This may be a posting more fitting for the Joomla forum, but I figured that I'd try it on RockeTheme too.
