Yeah I saw this but was confused to what it actually was. TBH I don't think they will ever come mainly because there are just so many great free WP themes. Hard to compete with free. Sure RT would get customers, but there are just better opportunities elsewhere that RT hasn't yet gotten into. - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.
