IE7 Displays Shadow Layer in Header of Modified Replicant Template

Posted 17 years 5 months ago
    • Hi everyone,

I have modified a Replicant template for our website www.pride1.de (don't go there, if you don't like kissing men). The website is shown perfectly alright by most browsers (IE6, Firefox), except the IE7.

The IE7 shows an additional shadow layer over half of the header of the website. More strangely, if you scroll the website up or down, the shadow resizes or changes it's form.

Any suggestions on how to remove this shadow?

      Kai

    • Maybe Internet Exploder 7 doesn't like the frameset?
Looking at it with firebug I'm not sure but it looks like maybe mootools is loaded more than once possibly?
(once in the first frameset and then again in the rest of site)

We need some more eyes on this...
      Not much help sorry.... :'(
Couldn't really see anything else that might be causing this.....

      To each his own...
