Please help me with start page

Hi,
I turn to your help, as I couldn’t find such problem in the forum.
I modify menu buttons, and I need 5 of them (without home) But if I don't use home as a first one, when starting page, it isn't index.php one who open, but the link from the first button.
Can you help me where I need to change, so index will open as first.

- I think it is still index.php that is starting (someone correct me if I'm wrong) but it is not using the frontpage component (com_frontpage). If you still want the com_frontpage but don't like the Home name then rename Home with something else, that if I got your question correctly.

- Thank you for your post. But where can I change this so that index will be first page to be open, not the first from main menu?

- you can re-arrange the mainmenu. what is first in the mainmenu is the first page that will open, assign page that you want to open as the first entry in the mainmenu.
