Using Assigned Template

Hi There,
I am using rockettheme templates for different pages on my site. I am assigning templates based on there page.

www.filmfestival.ikatv.com (Technopia)
www.blogs.ikatv.com (Macphoria)
The problem I am having, is trying to locate the main menu on the top menu module position.
Can someone point me in the right direction

I can't seem to get the main menu to appear in the Top Bar.

There is Privacy Policy and sitemap,
can't get rid of it, and cannot get main menu to appear.
