Downloads not working

- Is the RT download server currently having problems? I have been trying to download a template for the last few hours and have been unable to. Doubled checked my internet, it is working fine...

  Download is also not working for me now for two days. When trying to download Rocketlauncher for the Galetea theme I either get a 401 page or a page with no theme loaded with no way to download (see screenshot.)
  
  The URL to which it takes me seems a bit odd as well: http://192.168.1.1:8181/http://www.rockettheme.com/joomla/templates/galatea/modal/downloads
  
  This has happened in the past to me as well within the last month on other occasions.
  
  I have an older version of the Rocketlauncer for this theme so for now I'll use that and then update the template I guess..

- The download server is again giving me errors and will not allow download of Sienna Template. The download button takes me to http://192.168.1.1:8181/http://www.rockettheme.com/joomla/templates/sienna/modal/downloads and displays strangely and will not let me download.

- FYI: I have Tried multiple browsers, different ISP's and cleared all caches and it still isn't working for me. I see that it displays differently now but still doesn't allow downloads. Maybe that means the other devs are working on it
  
  Is there a different way for me to get a Sienna Rocketlauncher than the typical method? i.e. FTP, email or something?

- Just tried a different ISP and it worked! I'll test to see if it is indeed an issue with the ISP.
  
  So I switched ISP back to the previous and it gave me errors so it seems as though it may be an issue with one of my ISPs. Hen I use the bad ISP I get thrown to this URL: http://192.168.1.1:8181/http://www.ro...... When I use the good one I don't. Odd. I'd like to mark as solved but it's not my thread...
