RSS Feed Aggregater Site?

I am a bit new to putting Joomla and RSS feeds together so if this is stupid I apologize. I have 15 blog sites that cover the same topic differently. I built a webring of sort out of it. I want to make a "News" site using the mediamogul template but I am not sure if this is going to be the best template to use for something like this. I want to stream about 7-10 of those blog RSS feeds to this so people can get a centralized news source. Can this template accomplish that or is there a better RT that would be more suited? I think this is an awesome idea that will help my niche out greatly. Thanks!
