restrict users from changing their email

hi all
my site based on allowing certain users to register ( university students ) and i managed to allow only students with my university email to register. so they can only register using the university email but the problem is that they can change the email after for whatever and have another account using the same old university email . i need to make sure that every single student has one account.
so what i need is to not allow members to change their emails .. only passwords ..
n the problem is fireboad has this option .. ads manager has it too .. so i dont really know what to do
any ideas please
