Where do I download templates?

- I look in the club members sections for the downloads but all I have found is the patches, where are the templates downloads...?

Where you found the patches, there is a list of all the download files. These are the RocketLauncher files, template files, source files, additional files.
Read the descriptions for each listing to see what it is

I concur with Elwood -- the files you describe are not visible to me either, and I'm logged in.
