I am display an email value that is retrieved from a recordset...
<td width="266" height="19"><input type="text" name="password" size="20" value="' . $row . '"></td>';
... i checked the database and it stores properly, except the display is all garbled... i know this has something to do with encoding the output, i just cant find the function to do it properly, ive tried rawurlencode() and urlencode() still no dice.
