Overlapping text problem....

I believe this one would most probably be a style sheet change somewhere and is not exclusive to any one template.
I have a problem where my menu has overlapping text, when there is more than one line on the menu item.
Please have a look at www.jflude.co.uk/dev/ to see what I mean.
Does anyone have any idea what I would need to do to my stylesheet to get rid of that problem?
