Issue with Captcha

Hi,
I've been having problems with Captcha images not showing up in the User Registration page ( www.simracinghub.com/login?view=registration ).
Users are filling all the fields (or just the required ones) and get an error message at the bottom of the page saying:
Warning
Empty solution not allowed.
This is of course because I have Captcha enabled for registration but it's not showing up on the registration page so therefore users can't see it and they can't input anything for Captcha to pass.
I hope you can help me with this.

Your Ambrosia template is out of date too (not related).
It seems that you had this issue before and reported that K2 was the cause?
