Hi to all...i was thinking in something that can help to the people to bring support and give the correct advice and of this way do more faster and objetive with all thats requirements that make the RT Members.
Since now when someone need any kind of help, need solved an issue or need information about any RT extension, please specify at the end of each post what Joomla Version are using, for example:
My Rokzoom is not working and i dont know why?
My current RT Template is Hivemind and is based on Joomla 1.5x
Now im publish it at General Discussion, maybe at the future thats post can be moved to other place.

Mariela, that is a great idea, maybe a cool little form people can cut and paste into their messages
1. Web Site Name: JBrown's Place
2. Joomla Version: 1.5.1
3. Website Address: www.jbrowns.com
4. Problem URL: www.jbrowns.com/index.php?option=com_jobline&Itemid=49
5. Issue: Page not displaying properly
6. How to cause the issue: Clicking on the link from the top menu
7. Modules installed: Job Poster, rokbridge, phpbb
8. Modified files: index.php, template.css, light.css
9. Any other information:
This is actually working just fine, thought I would give a demo of a good form to should what would help us a lot in duplicating your problem and trying to resolve it. Anyways just a thought - Jessica Kennedy

11.- Say what Browser are using, or in wich one are seeing that issue.

Adding Web Solutions two excellent suggestions, I have made a code up to help with the submission for support. Please copy the code below and paste it into the topic. Modify the answers to fit your needs.
When you submit a new problem it will look like this:
Website Address : Link to your website (with http:// and/or www. prefix) here...
Joomla Version : 1.0.14, 1.5 what ever version
