    • I installed Mediamogul in new remote server called db47.1and1.es .

      The backend works: punzi.es/administrator
The Frondend flaw: punzi.es/ with the following message :

      Fatal error: require () [function.require]: Failed opening required '.. / globals.php' (include_path ='.:/ usr/local/lib/php5 ') in / homepages/17/d227487161/htdocs/punzi / index.php on line 22

Can not get it started. I need help.

    • Thank you for your prompt response.

If it works punzi.es/administrator is that the path is OK

I installed Joomla many times on other servers.
Of course it seems it is related with the path but I only know one way to install.
I installed Mediamogul 3 times on another server successfully.

    • well my only suggestion after rechecking all your paths is to clear the cache folder, even turn it off for now, and then clear your cache. If that doesn't work, then leave it for a bit. I once had a site that I just had to leave for 1/2 hour and then it just started working...
