    • Hi guys,

      We are trying to migrate a website from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4.

      We are using the "Rt_antares" theme, almost everything works fine, exept our contact froms With Creative Contact Form.
      The reCAPTCHA does not work, it however does work when selectiong another theme.

      In the console I get the error: "Uncaught (in promise) Error: reCAPTCHA placeholder element must be an element or id"

      I think the problem is that the javascript gets loaded before the form is rendered, because the element does exist and it works fine with another theme.

      How could we fix this issue?

    • RT does not provide support for third-party products so I'd advise contacting the developer of that contact form.
