  • Changing webiste title tag

    • I'm trying to change the title tag of my website which is Hivemind Design and for the life of me can't seem to figure how to get that done. Tried to do it through global config and just about everywhere else but it's just not happening.

      Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    • In Joomla 1.x log in the Admin backend and choose Site/ Global Configuration.
      On the first tab - Site - the 4th entry is "Site Name" - edit it as you desire and click Save.

      Voila!

    • Thanks for the quick response.

      This is why I'm really confused over here because I tried that and I still see Hivemind showing up in the tab for my internet browser.
      Any ideas...did I break it? ;)

    • 1- clean your browser cache
      2- clean joomla! cache if enabled
      3- verify permission for config file
      4- if no result, edit manually your config.php to change the title
