Including PHP content within Module

Hey Guys,
I'm a newbie having alot of fun with HiveMind. I have downloaded some plug-ins form the Joomla.org site that allow me to parse PHP within the main content section of my template.
The only problem - none of the plug-ins allow me to run PHP within my modules - I'm I missing something. Is it normal to run small PHP scripts withing Module content?? Any tips on how??
Any suggestions more than welcome. Cheers.

Hi - I take it you are using 1.5. I have posted a explanation that may help you. You can not use plugins in modules in 1.5. I have found a work around that I have implemented. See the post I did several weeks ago below
