How to make mosimage pics look different?

Hi all,
I would like to make my mosimage images look a bit different from normal Joomla style. What I want to achieve is a padded border which would look like pass-partou. I want it to be set as a default. I guess there must be some css class to be made or changed but I a do not know how to do it. Can somebody guide me and show me how to do this?

sure in the template_css.css file add (or look for)
img{
by modifing this element you will be able to do many types of things:
img{
border-top:5px;
border-bottom:5px;
}

Thanks Jeff,
I added this to a img reference in MediaMogule's template.css file but then all my images started to behave strange. What I want to achieve is just to make mosimages inserted in the articles look this way. So far I have only done it in some images on my frontpage where:
