okay, a problem that is really puzzling me. I created several pages and then created a drop-down menu for each page. I went to one page and all the menu items where in the drop-down. Went to another page, and to menu items were missing from the drop-down menu. So I deleted all but seen many items from the drop-down but when I go to certain pages, the many items that I deleted as still there, any ideas? Here is the link. if you hover over the skull bone menu item, you will see to drop downs. Click on one of thoseand then hover over skull bone again, you will see more drop downs, all but the female and muscle many items have been deleted, but they still show.

Those 'dropdowns' are your menu items, which will still remain in the menu even if you delete the content; therefore, you need to delete the menu items.
...looks like you are using Joomla 1.0.x, so go to:
Menu -> Menu Manager
Click on on the little icon for 'edit menu items'
Check the boxes of the menu items ("drop-downs"
) you want to delete and click 'trash.'
