Need a Web Address Catchall Like on This Site!

Do you know how to set up a site so when someone puts in the wrong address after the .com it will bring them to the home page? Not sure if that's an option with joomla, or a server thing.
Example: www.rockettheme.com/alksjaarasdl will bring you to rockettheme.com instead of an error page.
Now that I have pimped my site with rockettheme templates and joomla, my addresses on my older version of my website are now thankfully all obsolete.

SEF packages for Joomla have it,
I believe extensions.joomla.org/component/option,c...k_id,2380/Itemid,35/ does it, or can also display error

Glad to know an SEF can do that.
Planning on installing jreviews when it gets upgraded to 1.5 which may conflict with the one you suggested. I'm sure there are others that will work as well.
