    • Hi

      How can I set up user friendly URLs. I have changed htaccess.txt to .htaccess and $mosConfig_sef= "1" in configuration.php
      But when I browse the page it is showing " joomlatest.comeleonwebtest.info/content/view/18/30/ ".

      What are the other changes/configuration settings I have to do? How can I get in browse like "domainname/document name"

      Please help...

    • The inbuilt joomla SEF component is very basic. To get the URL's you need, I suggest you look for and install a component called sh404SEF. (google it)
    • Say no to Internet Explorer 6.
