unable to download january 2007 template

- We've finally purchased a rockettheme membership but we're facing some difficulties while trying to download the january 2007 template sporticus. On our first attempt we had a network connection failure and when we came back to the download page, no download link was available for the january 2007 template. can you please help us to straigthen out this matter? We are running out of time as we're working on a very urgent project.

Are you downloading from home or from an office?
Have you tried from a different computer / network?
Could some firewall setting be stopping you?
