    • I joined this club by 50$ to get only 1 template with real support from rockettheme team to help me modify my new template
as well as all commercial sites.

Now I find no support here and my questions stay 2 days without any answer

In this case my template will be useless and the qustion is ...
How to get support or how to get my money back? ???

    • You paid $50 for access to all templates and extensions and for the support regarding these templates and extensions.

It seems to me that all of your questions have been answered when I check your posts...

    • Character encoding is Joomla related, not RT related, try here .

    • BDCA,
Hey I understand what you are saying, there are many times it seems that support is limited. With all of the members that Rocket Themes have, many are very familiar with Joomla as a system. Although the programmers here make templates for Joomla, Joomla's core has changed drastically from 1.0.x to 1.5, there are many new developments since the 1.0 days. Andy (The General here) was one of the core dev's for Joomla for many years, although since has left to create more things for Rocket's growing needs.

As a team member here I am willing to assist you in anyway that I can, although I am limited to screen shots, Joomla version information and detailed information that replicates your issues.

I will also look into some of your posts and see what is going on.

      Thanks,
      Jeff
