Frontpage Info showing on several pages

- I'm building a B2B website that consist of several hundred pages. I've noticed that unless each page is accessed by the nav panel the modules will not display. When I setup the front page, I noticed that several other pages are being populated with the front page data. how do I prevent this from happening ???
