Adding Rocket Launcher to an exsiting site.

Hi all. New guy here.
I have uploaded Media Mogul to my existing Joomla 1.0 site. I understand that I can't load Rocket Launcher because it already has Joomla loaded.
The site isn't developed. Is it possible to add extensions ala carte and get what I want or would it be easier (or possible) to delete the current Joomla install and start from scratch.
If I can add a part II to the question; I can't seem to find an answer to how to install/upgrade/migrate Joomla 1.0 RL to 1.5?
I am looking forward to being part of the RT community.

- If there isn't much work done in the site yet then delete and install a fresh J1.5 (RocketLaucher), with this you don't have to upgrade.
