RokZoom or RokBox?

I am a member. I was studiing the way to build a graphic site showing images and photos. I knew Highslide RokBox and RokZoom. Is there anybody who is so patient to tell me the best way to build interactive slideshows? What is the best plugin?
The second request is: the album. If I use RokBox or RokZomm I can specify an albun. To what this |album| must point to? There should be an |album| folder with pics inside? What really does it means |album|? What is it?
Please I am on this problem for a week
