Help! Where are Catalyst, Chromatophore, synapse download files?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and Rocket theme for that matter. I have just become a member of Rocket theme template club. I would like to download Catalyst to use it for one of my sites. But for the life of me I cant find the download file. I go to the Template downloads page all that is available to download is everything up to Media Mogul.
Do I need to go to another part of the web site to get latest templates or are they not available to me for some reason.
All help is appreciated.

Wait a bit, just the time for a staff member to see your post and see what is happenning.
During this time you can try to disconnect you, clear your browser's cache and then reconnect you to the site.
(There is no reason that would works but you will not lose anything to test
)

- i am now trying this from a completely different location. I originaly tried it from my Mac. Now i am using PC and as I said different physical location different IP and still the files aren't available to me.

Thank you for your help in here guys. Your very quick response and willingness to help, makes me feel good about the community surrounding rocket theme. I had originally emailed support and there was a problem with the way my account was set up.
Now it is fixed and all is well.
Again the help is much appreciated
