Hi,
I have just renewed my membership for 1 year and paid $60.00. However, I am unable to download or see the forums for members. Please help. I also sent an email to support. - Last Edit: 16 years 11 months ago by Kevin DuCommun.

Hello Tomee,
Everything is updated with your account. You will just need to log out, clear your cache and cookies, then log back in for the changes to take effect in your browser. Often when renewing your membership, your login session will still be saved and so it wont get a chance to "refresh" until you log out and back in.

Hello Mikeal,
If you renew your membership before your membership has expired, it will add the additional year to the end of your current expiration date. So, basically, your new year's worth of time doesn't begin until your current membership time is up.
