Simple Database issue??

Hi,
I had the the rocket launcher installed with the Elemental template and then I just installed the Catalyst rocket launcher and then everything meshed together. So I deleted the database and reinstalled the Catalyst rocket launcher.
I figured that I would get prompted to install the Catalyst db but nothing hapenned and now I jave a screen with a big Joomla logo that says can't connect to database under it?
Would do I have to do?

Besides the point but is Catalyst in a folder separate from your Elemental install?
A) Reinstall and when you get to the DB screen at the bottom of he page, choose to drop tables.
Go you your MySQL manager and drop the tables manually, then reinstall.

- Same folder and when I reinstall I don't get a prompt to intall the database. Just the screen with the big joomla logo that says can't connect to database?
